I've been making websites and helping with digital strategy for over 23 years, for brands such as the NHS, Aardman, BBC TWO and Sainsbury's. This year my agency, 18a, have been named on Small Business Saturday's Nation's Favourite Businesses list, so to help small businesses (or any size business really) as much as possible in the run up to Small Business Saturday, I'm doing a 12 hour "ask me anything" (to do with websites, that is!).

Small Business Saturday have asked me to do what I can to help businesses in the run up to Small Business Saturday and I thought this sounded like a fun idea! Plus, my youngest has just started school so this is my year of "getting back out there" and pushing myself and my web development agency, 18a Productions.
If you like my responses to your questions in the AMA, you might just hire us one day. Or you might not. You might use our website monitoring tool. Or you might not.
My motto is "stuff comes from stuff" - you never know where something might lead. So yeah, it's free, and you won't ever need to pay anything (unless you want to), but who knows where it might take me!
